By scheduling an appointment at St. Anne’s Skin & Laser, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

• Discount codes must be applied at the time of booking online or presented at check-in/checkout.
   
• Discounts will not be automatically applied to your account without code verification.
   

• To confirm your booking, valid card details must be provided. This information is securely stored and will not be shared with any third parties.
   
• Your card will only be charged under the following circumstances:
   
  • You authorise us to charge it for a treatment. 
  • You cancel within the restricted timeframe or fail to attend your appointment.
  • If payment upfront full or partial is required.
     

We use Timely, a secure booking and payment platform that meets PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards). Payment details are encrypted, and no card information is retained on our systems.

• Some vouchers may have a minimum spend requirement.
  
• No cash change will be given for vouchers.
   
• Vouchers must be used before the expiration date.
   
• Offers must be redeemed within the specified timeframe and cannot be extended.
   

• Loyalty cards cannot be used with other offers but can be used alongside rewards.
   
• One stamp is issued per paid visit.
   

• Collect points and gain credit:
   
  • Spend £150 and get £10 credit on you booking account to be used towards treatments and products. 
  • 1 point for every £1 spent on products and services.
     

• Any price quotation provided is valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
   

• Abusive or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.
   
• Anyone displaying such behaviour will be asked to leave immediately and may be permanently banned.
   
• Applicable charges may be enforced as per our terms.
   

• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance via your online account.
   
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge.
   
• Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the treatment fee.
   
• Clients on prepaid courses will have the booked treatment deducted for their package

• You will get a text message 72 hours before your appointment, please reply to this message to make any changes to your booking, after this time charges will apply as per terms.

We are by appointment only, if you cant see the date and time please feel free to message and we can see what we can do for you.
 

• All treatments and prepaid courses are strictly non-refundable.
   

• Completing your full course of treatments is essential to achieve the best results.
   
• Treatments such as laser hair removal may require additional sessions depending on individual skin and hair types.
   
• Clients are responsible for rescheduling any missed appointments.
   
• Failure to complete sessions in the recommended timeframe may affect results.
   
• St. Anne’s Skin & Laser is not liable for reduced outcomes due to missed appointments.
  
   

• Children are welcome, but they cannot be in the treatment room, we have a playroom available and a waiting room with an ipad and large tv, please let us know if you will arriving with children, please note that your child is your responsibility, we do not have anyone to watch over your little ones.

• No animals are allowed within the clinic.
